Project Coordination

Destin Project Coordinators provide support across the entire project.  They work closely with the Programme or Project Manager providing support at a strategic level, while being highly involved in the project’s operational tasks.

As well as undertaking the core administrative tasks, our skilled Project Coordinators are smart, experienced project people, and very quickly become the project “go to” person. With an active view across all project elements, Project Coordinators are pivotal in minimising gaps across project work streams by working closely with each team, ensuring that they are all aware of the key activities taking place in other areas.

Typical administrative activities that a Project Coordinator will undertake include:

  • Plan, monitor and document project progress
  • Track and report on project budgets
  • Compile key project documents including the plan and charter
  • Management of registers for issues, risks and opportunities
  • Analysis of progress and project phases
  • General administration and project support
  • Set up of meetings and compiling of minutes
  • Plan spectacular project celebrations
